If you’re 25 weeks, 6 days pregnant or less, it is legal for you to get an abortion in Nevada. Although Nevada bans abortion after 25 weeks, 6 days, many providers stop offering abortion earlier in pregnancy.
If you are under the age of 18, you must notify a parent or legal guardian to get an abortion in Nevada. If notifying a parent or guardian is not an option for you, you can seek a judicial bypass. A judicial bypass allows you to waive the requirement for parental involvement.
