Abortion is legal throughout pregnancy in Oregon – there is no ban or limit on abortion in Oregon based on how far along in pregnancy you are.
There is no law that specifically requires you to notify or get consent from a parent to get an abortion in Oregon. But Oregon law does require that anyone under the age of 15 get consent from a parent for any type of medical treatment in Oregon. That means that if you’re under 15, you’ll need to get consent from a parent to get an abortion in Oregon, but a health care provider may be able to waive this requirement. If you're 15 or older you don't need parental consent to get an abortion in Oregon.
