Yes. Abortion is legal in New Mexico. There is no limit on abortion in New Mexico based on how far along in pregnancy you are. To figure out how far along you are in pregnancy, count from the first day of your last period.

Abortion is legal throughout pregnancy in New Mexico – there is no ban or limit on abortion in New Mexico based on how far along in pregnancy you are.

Parental involvement is not required in New Mexico. If you're younger than 18, you can consent to an abortion and do not have to notify a parent to get an abortion in New Mexico.
